Certificate warning when accessing cPanel

When you access cPanel or WHM through the secure connection and get a warning in your browser this mean you are accessing via the self signed SSL certificate. In order for your browser to trust the certificate, it must be issued by a valid certificate authority. You can safely ignore and bypass this warning by accepting the warning and continuing. Your data is still encrypted.

If you want to access cPanel/WHM without this error you will need to purchase a SSL certificate.
